Coneybeare Apiary (Fergus) Ever wondered where our delicious honey comes from? Wonder no more. Jim and Tracy run this third generation apiary, you can buy a bottle of their honey at our Bakery to take home too!
Ignatius Organic Farm (Guelph) Located in the Jesuit Centre right up the road from us, so close we could walk there! They supply us with in-season certified organic produce. They also operate a CSA – Community Shared Agriculture.
Guelph Paper Company (Guelph) A Guelph company that started back in 1907 delivering paper products by horse and buggy!
Kenny’s Produce (Rockwood) Tim and Mary Anne have been supplying us with fresh fruits and veggies since we opened in 1999. You can visit them every Saturday at the Guelph Farmer’s Market too.
LIVE Kombucha (Guelph) Founded by an University of Guelph alumni, Lorman Ip developed his company through his cultural experiences and passion for tea.
Marc and Sylvie Villeneuve, Strictly Organic Farm – Marc, Sylvie, and their family, run an organic farm and work with their next door neighbours in creating delicious whole wheat stone ground wraps. We use them in our Bakery, and you can also find them at the Guelph Farmer’s Market every Saturday.
Morton Wholesale Ltd – Committed to serving independent restaurants and food businesses and is able to source many local and organic products for us.
Oak Manor (Tavistock) – This is a family-owned business that concentrates on the cultivation of Ontario and heritage grains, they provide us with our Organic spelt flour, spelt flakes, and cornmeal.
ONFC (Ontario Natural Food Co-op) (Etobicoke) Natural beverages, organic vinegars, and delicious teas. Just a few of the quality products from ONFC.
Paul Day – (Elmira) Delicious apple cider, direct from the orchard owner! While not certified organic, this orchard’s practices are 100% pesticide-free and kind to the earth.
Planet Bean. (Guelph) Shade-grown, fairly traded, organic coffee. It’s in every cup served here.
Sweet Violets – (Guelph) We always get beautiful flowers from Sweet Violets for staff who work on their birthdays!
Traynor’s (Hamilton) Suppliers of many fine baking ingredients.
Zocalo Organics (Hillsburgh) Organic salad greens and seasonal produce. They also offer a CSA program, check out their website for details.
